Why Armored Doors

The Door Between Your Family and Danger.

Standard doors are hollow-core wood or thin aluminum — they take seconds to kick in. Our armored doors are engineered to stop forced entry, fire, and extreme weather. Here's what makes the difference.

3 sec
Average time to kick in a standard door
10 min+
RC4 door withstands sustained power tool attack
EI120
Up to 2 hours fire resistance
30+ yrs
Expected armored door lifespan

Armored vs. Standard

Not All Doors Are Equal.

See exactly how an armored door outperforms a standard residential door across every critical safety category.

Forced Entry Resistance
Kicks in within 1–3 seconds
RC3/RC4 Certified — resists power tools, crowbars, and battering rams
Fire Protection
No fire rating — burns through in minutes
EI30–EI120 certified — holds for up to 2 hours under EN 1634-1
Water & Weather
Warps, rusts, and swells with moisture
Electrostatic powder coat — fully waterproof and corrosion-resistant
Core Material
Hollow wood or thin aluminum
1.5–2.0mm galvanized steel with high-density rockwool insulation
Locking System
Single deadbolt — one point of failure
Multi-point active steel deadbolts — top, bottom, and both sides
Sound Insulation
Minimal — street noise passes through
Up to 42dB acoustic insulation
Lifespan
5–15 years before warping or failure
30+ years with no degradation

Materials & Engineering

Built Like a Vault. Designed Like Art.

2.0mm
Steel Gauge

Galvanized Steel Core

Every door starts with a 1.5–2.0mm galvanized steel shell — the same grade used in industrial security applications. Cold-rolled and precision-formed for zero flex and maximum impact resistance.

42dB
Sound Insulation

Rockwool Insulation

High-density rockwool fills the door cavity — providing thermal insulation, acoustic dampening up to 42dB, and critical fire resistance. It doesn't burn, it doesn't compress, and it doesn't degrade.

7-Point
Locking System

Multi-Point Lock System

Our armored lock system deploys heavy steel deadbolts simultaneously across all four sides of the frame — top, bottom, left, and right. A standard door has one bolt. Ours has a fortress.

IP67
Weather Rating

Electrostatic Powder Coat

Anti-corrosion electrostatic powder coating is applied at the factory under controlled conditions — bonding to the steel at a molecular level. Fully waterproof, UV-resistant, and scratch-resistant.

Certifications & Standards

Certified to the Highest Standards.

Every door we install carries internationally recognized certifications — the same standards required by embassies, hospitals, and government buildings.

RC3/RC4

Burglarproof Resistance Class

European Standard EN 1627

The highest residential burglarproof certification. RC4 doors withstand sustained attack with power tools, crowbars, and battering rams for a minimum of 10 minutes.

EI120

Fire Resistance Rating

European Standard EN 1634-1

Certified fire resistance up to 120 minutes. EI ratings measure both integrity (no flame passage) and insulation (surface temperature). Required for hospitals and government buildings.

ISO 9001

Quality Management System

ISO 9001:2015

International standard for quality management. Every door is manufactured under a certified quality system — consistent materials, consistent processes, consistent results.

CE Mark

European Conformity

EU Construction Products Regulation

CE marking confirms the door meets all applicable EU safety, health, and environmental requirements. Required for sale and installation across all European markets.

ISO 14001

Environmental Management

ISO 14001:2015

Certified environmental management system — responsible sourcing, reduced waste, and sustainable manufacturing practices throughout the production process.
